A team of two other design strategists and I planned and led a series of human-centered design workshops for the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition as they worked to create a new program related to newborn nutrition and feeding practices in Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico. We created design frameworks to help participants think creatively and imagine innovative potential solutions the the problem of adoption and adherence to nutrition programs.
